Weekly Message from Father Gase

My Dear Parishioners,

Several weeks ago was our annual Spring Fling Reverse Raffle which benefits Immaculate Conception School. I'm pleased to report that we profited $29,210.00! Both this year and last year the online version generated more income due to the simple fact of having fewer expenses i.e. dinner, table rentals, etc. I think we can all agree that despite these expenses we need to return to an in-person event simply because it's a fun opportunity to build up our community!

Several months ago Grace Middleswarth informed me of her intention to retire from her position as the director of our CCD program at the end of this school year. She has been a terrific asset to our program and I would like to take the opportunity to publicly thank her for her years of hard work. That being said we do have an opening for a new Coordinator of Religious Eduation. It is a part time, paid position which encompasses oversight of the parish CCD program. Are you passionate about handing on your faith to others? This might be the opportunity for you! Grace has even promised to help bring you up to speed :-) Please contact me at the parish office if you are interested.

Spring has definitely sprung and the beauty of new life is all around us. Let us rejoice and give thanks!
