Weekly Message from Father Gase

My Dear Parishioners,

This weekend we begin the season of Advent which also signals the start of the new liturgical year. While we often make New Years' resolutions at the beginning of the calendar year, I would encourage you to make resolutions at the beginning of this new church year. Make it something concrete and easily attainable. Some suggestions are praying the Rosary daily as a family, reading the daily Scripture readings from Mass, volunteering at the parish, making a good confession...the list could go on! The more we place our faith at the center of our lives, the more prepared we will be to meet the Lord when He comes in glory!
